Rediscovering old gems 🤍✨ After moving to To Rediscovering old gems 🤍✨ After moving to Toronto 6 years ago and hiking the Scarborough Bluffs back then, we finally visited it again. It was like uncovering a long-lost treasure seeing those geological formations that were formed over 12,000 years ago during the last Ice Age! 😯 [SAVE for planning!] If you haven't been, here are some of our favourite things to do at the bluffs: 👟 Walk along the scenic trails of Bluffer's Park and admire the rugged cliffs and Lake Ontario’s blue water 🌷Explore the hidden gems of the area, like the Rosetta McClain Gardens or the historic Guild Inn Estate 🌅 Catch the sunset at Bluffer’s Park (in frame) or the Scarborough Heights Park (on top of the cliffs) 🏖 In the summer you can swim in the lake, and the beach makes a great hangout and picnic spot Revisiting old favourites like the bluffs reminded us how some spots in nature are just timeless 🤍 Have you ever neglected to revisit a local spot because you wrote it off as too touristy? Did you know - This park is so big that one day isn’t enough to explore both the north and south side 🤯 It takes 5 hours to drive between both ends!
